I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with a Level 6 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Kent and Medway NHS Trust, Inter-Psyche Training Institute.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the highest standards of practice and ethics. Understanding that each person’s journey is unique to them.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Business Manager for a leading global asset management firm, which gave me insight into the pressures of high-stakes professional environments and informs my empathetic approach.
