In-Person Therapy

Integrative Counselling

Welcome to My Practice

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic perspectives rather than working in one fixed way. We begin with what is happening for you now, exploring the concerns that have brought you to therapy. As our work develops, we may become curious about patterns, behaviours or ways of relating, and gently explore earlier experiences where they feel relevant to understanding what is happening in the present. Our work is shaped around you, your pace and what you need from therapy.

Our Unique Journey

I work relationally, offering a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself. Our work is guided by you and what feels important, while I bring curiosity, insight and gentle challenge where these may be helpful. The relationship we build together is an important part of the therapeutic process.

What our sessions might look like

There is no set formula for a therapy session. Some sessions may focus on something happening in your life now, while others may lead us towards patterns, relationships or earlier experiences that have become relevant. We can slow things down, make connections and explore what emerges together, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

You Don’t Need to Know What to Say

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about or where to begin. Sometimes we start with what has happened since we last met; sometimes with a feeling, thought or question that has stayed with you. We can find our way into the session together.
