In-Person Therapy

Integrative Counselling

Welcome to My Practice

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from the psychodynamic insights of Sigmund Freud, the person-centred methods of Carl Rogers, the cognitive techniques of Aaron Beck, and existential and humanistic philosophies. By understanding how the past can affect the present and influence the future, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs.

Your Unique Journey

I work relationally, offering a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can be yourself. I strive to create an environment of genuine empathy and care, helping you feel comfortable to open up and share your experiences. Our work together is primarily guided by your needs and is client-led, yet I use my intuition to gently challenge and support you when it’s helpful.

My Professional Background

My professional experience in counselling and psychotherapy has been extensively in the NHS, working with individuals of all ages, from young adults to seniors. I offer support through both in-person and online sessions, and have helped clients achieve positive outcomes in areas such as loss, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, career challenges, and personal growth.

A Partner in Your Growth

Understanding that each person’s journey is unique, I am dedicated to exploring your relational dynamics and uncovering patterns in your thoughts and behaviours. Together, we will address unresolved emotions and nurture a more authentic sense of self. I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive environment, empowering you to explore and grow at your own pace.

Begin Your Journey

If you’re ready to explore your journey with someone who truly listens and adapts to your individual needs, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Your path to healing and growth is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
