How to Begin…

Ready to take the first step? Scheduling your session is simple and straightforward. Click on the blue ‘Make a Booking’ button at the top right of the screen. You’ll be directed to our booking page where you can select a convenient date and time from the calendar. After choosing your slot, complete a brief form with your name, email, phone number, and address.

Alternatively, if you have any questions or prefer to book directly, you can reach out via web form, phone, or email. I’m here to assist you and look forward to starting our journey together.

Flexible and Accessible Support

Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible alternative to face-to-face sessions, allowing you to receive professional support from the comfort of your own home or another safe and confidential location of your choice. Using secure video technology, our sessions maintain the same level of confidentiality and dedicated care as in-person therapy.

This option is particularly beneficial for those with mobility issues or hidden disabilities, as it eliminates the need to navigate physical spaces and removes geographical barriers. Online therapy also saves travel time, ensuring you receive the support you need when in-person sessions aren’t possible.

I’m a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Level 6 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from an NHS-based training institute. My experience extensively in the NHS has equipped me with a deep understanding of diverse therapeutic needs.

I am dedicated to offering compassionate, client-focused care to adults of all ages. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to high professional and ethical standards, ensuring that you receive the best support possible

The Cost

Understanding therapy costs is important for your planning. I offer clear, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Sessions are £55 for one hour, available in-person or online.

Please note that sessions scheduled for evenings or weekends will incur a £10 uplift. Fees are subject to annual review and may increase each January.

My goal is to ensure transparency and peace of mind while keeping costs as reasonable as possible.

What to Expect – From Your First Session Onward

Step into a welcoming and supportive environment where you can openly discuss what’s on your mind. I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation to answer any questions and ensure we’re a good fit. In our first full one-hour session, we’ll review our therapeutic agreement and discuss how we’ll work together, maintaining confidentiality throughout our sessions. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings comfortably. Whether you seek short-term solutions or a long-term approach, my practice adapts to your needs, providing tailored support as we embark on this journey together.
