My Fees and Policies

I offer both long and short-term therapy tailored to your needs. To ensure we’re a good fit, I provide a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation, allowing us to connect and discuss your goals before beginning therapy.

Fees

Understanding therapy costs is important for your planning. I offer clear, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Sessions are £55 for one hour, available in-person or online.

Please note that sessions scheduled for evenings or weekends will incur a £10 uplift. Fees are subject to annual review and may increase.

My goal is to ensure transparency and peace of mind while keeping costs as reasonable as possible.

Payment Methods

I accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card through the online booking system.

Typically, payment is expected before each session, unless we have agreed on an alternative arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and I strive to offer flexible scheduling. As I set aside specific time for each client.  Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice but more than 24 hours’ notice will incur half of the session fee.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to me. In compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and UK data protection laws, I ensure that any personal information collected during consultations and sessions is handled with the utmost confidentiality and care. Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing and managing your therapy sessions and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Your Booking Options

You can choose the type of session that best suits your needs:

  1. 1-Hour Core Session (Online or In-Person): Book this option for your regular therapy sessions. Whether you prefer to meet in person at my Rochester practice or online via a secure video link, this one-hour session provides the space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

  2. New Client Consultation (Free Telephone Call): If you’re new to my practice, this free 15-minute phone consultation is the best way to start. I’ll call you at the scheduled time to discuss your needs and how we might work together.

  3. 1-Hour After-Hours Session: For those needing more flexibility, I offer evening and weekend sessions. These sessions are also available online or in-person and include a small uplift in fee to accommodate your schedule.
