Committed to Your Growth:
My Fees and Policies
Understanding that every individual’s journey is unique
Therapy usually takes place weekly and there is no set number of sessions. How long we work together will depend on your individual needs and what you would like from therapy. Where appropriate, we may agree a shorter or more focused period of work from the outset.
To ensure we’re a good fit, I provide a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation, allowing us to connect and discuss your goals before beginning therapy.
Your Journey with Me
Step into a welcoming and supportive space where you can feel at ease and talk openly about what’s on your mind. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a longer-term therapeutic relationship, my integrative approach adapts to your individual needs. Longer-term work can provide the depth and continuity needed for lasting change.
To support meaningful progress, sessions are usually held weekly on a consistent day and time, helping to build stability and rhythm in our work together. Short-term therapy typically involves around six sessions, and we can review this as things develop. If you’re unsure which path feels right, I offer a free consultation where we can explore your goals and discuss how we might work together.
Please note: You will be redirected to a secure external platform to complete your free booking. (No payments are taken).
Weekly Sessions
Toward the end of each session, I’ll check in with you to see whether you’d like to arrange your next appointment
— usually around the same day and time, so we can agree a slot that works well and maintain a steady rhythm in our work together.
Fees
Understanding therapy costs is important for your planning. I offer clear, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Sessions are £60 for one hour, available in-person or online.
Please note that sessions scheduled for evenings or weekends will incur a £10 uplift.
Fees are subject to annual review and may increase.
My goal is to ensure transparency and peace of mind while keeping costs as reasonable as possible.
Payment Methods
I accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card via a secure link.
Typically, payment is made before each session to confirm your appointment, unless we have agreed on an alternative arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and I strive to offer flexible scheduling. As I set aside specific time for you and each client. Please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.
